Our Heritage
Named for Kerala's spice highlands
Idukki is the heart of Kerala's spice country — highland terrain where coconut, pepper, and cardamom have been grown and traded for generations. Our name is a commitment to that standard: food made the Kerala way, with whole ingredients and patient technique.
Our first product, ROASTICOCO, captures the step every great Kerala curry depends on — slow-roasting coconut and spices until they turn deep, nutty, and aromatic — and puts it in a single resealable pack. What used to take a tray of separately roasted aromatics now takes one spoon.
We're a small, direct team. You order on WhatsApp, we deliver free across the Emirates, and if you have a question, the person answering knows the product because we live with it every day.
