Ordering

Orders are placed directly with our team on WhatsApp (+971 50 112 4413), by phone, or by email. Prices are confirmed at the time of order, before you commit — nothing is charged without your confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates free of charge. Your delivery window is confirmed on WhatsApp when you order.

Products

Our products are food items. Please read the ingredient list and allergen statement on the pack (also published on each product page) before consuming. Store as directed on the pack.

Issues with an order

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund at your preference.
